About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Motorsport Operations Leader to join our team at Jaguar & Land Rover.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a can-do attitude, ambition, and a flair for collaboration. As a Motorsport Operations Leader, you will play a key role in bringing the vision of our iconic motorsport brands to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day race operations and establish effective working relationships with commercial and technical teams.
  • Lead race planning sessions and manage reviews and inputs into team race event schedules.
  • Implement branding, CI, and partner applications in conjunction with the Business Programme Exec.
  • Plan and manage motorsport program show cars and fleet management.
  • Support the Operations Manager with project management, planning, and stakeholder management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in complex project management and operational delivery under pressure.
  • Able to travel internationally and domestically and hold a valid driver's license.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with experience in motorsport or events preferred.

What We Offer
