Key Purpose of the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and maintaining intruder, CCTV and access control systems in accordance with current standards, ensuring the health, safety and welfare of themselves and their team.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Servicing and maintaining various intruder, CCTV, intruder and access control systems.
  • Working towards and exceeding maintenance and fault finding targets.
  • Demonstrating systems for customers and explaining details such as the causes and consequences of false alarms.
  • Participating in an On Call Rota for OOH callouts and telephone support.
  • Understanding client needs and fulfilling all jobs required.
  • Implementing and acting in accordance with all company policies, including information security policies, environmental, quality and health and safety.
  • Protecting assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference.

Essential requirements

The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of various intruder panels, such as Galaxy, Castle, Aritech, Scantronic, Network/IP and analogue CCTV, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the security industry.

  • Ability to demonstrate a working knowledge of various intruder panels.
  • Network/IP based product experience.
  • Applicants must have a clean full UK driving licence.
  • Checkable work history and suitable references.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
