Home Support Coordinator

We're seeking skilled Emergency Home Responders to join Progress Housing Group Ltd's team. As an Emergency Home Responder, you'll utilize your driving expertise to deliver critical care services to vulnerable populations in need of urgent assistance at home.
Your key responsibilities will include responding promptly to emergencies, providing initial support, and ensuring the well-being of those affected. You'll also offer emotional support and reassurance to our customers, fostering a sense of safety and security during challenging times.
As a remote worker, you'll be part of a 7-day on-call roster, with each shift lasting 12 hours. This includes weekends and Bank Holidays, with a requirement to reside in the Fylde / Wyre area due to response time targets.

Compensation Package
- £25.58 per 12-hour standby shift
- £18.00 per callout for the first 90 minutes
- Additional £12.65 per hour for extended callouts
- £0.45p per mile car allowance
