Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at the North East Edinburgh Recovery Hub. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will provide you with the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Company Overview

The North East Recovery Hub offers a wide range of drug and alcohol treatment and support services. Our team is comprised of professionals from various disciplines, including voluntary sector, NHS, and social work staff. We have our main office in Leith and also operate out of a satellite location in Craigmillar.

Job Responsibilities
  • To manage and coordinate administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • To maintain accurate records and databases, adhering to data protection policies.
  • To provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This position requires:

  • A degree in Administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
