Personal Care Support Worker

Yorkare Homes is a leading provider of residential and dementia care services. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care and support to residents with varying health care needs, illnesses, and disabilities. This will involve serving drinks and snacks, making and changing beds, tidying rooms, and maintaining accurate documentation of care provided.
We offer a competitive salary of £11.90 per hour (£12.00 with NVQ2 in Health and Social Care), free enhanced DBS check, free uniform, and comprehensive training and development support from our in-house trainer.
Apart from the above benefits, you will also receive bonus pay for working over Christmas and recognition awards for outstanding performance.
This role requires flexibility, a caring attitude, positive self-motivation, and excellent communication skills. You must be willing to undertake any necessary training to develop your skills and competency relevant to the role.
