Front of House Assistant

At Gather & Gather, we are passionate about great food and great coffee. We are currently recruiting for a Front of House Assistant to join our team at 54 Hagley Road.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve customers to the highest standard, going above and beyond and creating strong relationships with our customers.
  • Assist customers in a warm and friendly manner and ensure their orders are taken correctly and delivered with a smile.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following recipes.
  • Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitization standards in the cafe.
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the till.
  • Help with stock management and inventory control.
  • Assist in kitchen and service areas as directed to ensure an efficient, hygienic service is provided.
