EDI + Grant Coordinator

The Senior Grant Administrator will work closely with the project manager to support the coordination of multiple work strands across the EPSRC-funded network for EDI in the Energy Research Community. This is an exciting opportunity to join Durham University's team and contribute to the creation of a diverse, equitable, inclusive and accessible research community.
Responsibilities
Assist the project manager in supporting the coordination of multiple work strands across the project to meet funding objectives. Manipulate data and produce high-quality reports and dashboards to monitor and report on progress, highly organised, excellent communicator, and interest in and knowledge about equity, diversity and inclusivity is essential. The post holder will also be responsible for managing, maintaining and monitoring designated equipment, facilities, and systems to ensure safety, security and compliance, provide the best possible service to fellows, network members and management team by reviewing and making suggestions to improve the service, collect and record data and information accurately, and plan and organise own workload to deliver the role.
Qualifications and Experience
A minimum of five GCSE's at least Grade C or level four (or equivalent) including English Language and Mathematics or a Post-16 qualification or equivalent experience, experience of implementing policies and procedures, strong digital competence, committed to continuing professional development, and ability to participate in networks to share and discuss good practice and exchange information are essential. The salary range of ££35,000 - £45,000 per annum reflects the university's commitment to offering competitive compensation packages.
