About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team at Integral UK Ltd. As a Service Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out service maintenance works on high-end commercial sites across Greater London.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Attend and complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works as scheduled, including breakdowns.
  • Have installation experience, including retrofit and system replacement.
  • Troubleshoot and fault-find on all air conditioning systems.
  • Produce quotations for works and remedials following service visits.
  • Work on various types of air conditioning systems, including splits, VRFS, AHUs, and DX systems, as well as some central plant.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team when necessary.
  • Complete all F-Gas paperwork on site and update logbooks in client premises.
  • Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota.
  • Use a company van, uniform, PDA, and mobile phone as part of the role.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • C&G 2079 Category 1.
  • NVQ Level 3 or similar.
  • F-Gas certification.
  • Good mechanical and electrical background.
  • Must have experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of building fabric and experience in carrying out basic fabric reactive repairs.
  • Sound understanding of health and safety obligations with regards to maintenance activities.
  • Must be prepared to work out of hours when required and on a scheduled call-out rota.
  • Good communication and organization skills.
  • UK driving license.
  • Good understanding of IT packages, including Outlook and Word.
