About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Project Manager to join our team at Calibre Search. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing all air conditioning installations across a range of commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of engineers and sub-contractors to ensure work is carried out on time and in line with project drawings.
  • Manage client relationships and quote additional works as required.
  • Be accountable for the financial performance of contracts.
  • Develop meaningful and sustainable relationships with clients.
  • Work with operational and support teams to ensure completion times are met.
  • Manage subcontractors and negotiate rates.
  • Drive the profitability of contracts and manage P+L.
  • Generate sales and cost-saving initiatives as appropriate.
Requirements
  • Technical background in Air Conditioning.
  • Engineering management experience.
  • P&O / Financial experience.
  • Ability to generate leads and quote for future works.

  • Basic Salary circa £65,000 - £70,000.
