Job Summary:

Air Conditioning Engineer

Job Type: Contract

Location: Remote (Three Sites)

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Job Description:

The successful Air Conditioning Engineer will provide a professional service to clients working on a varied selection of Air Conditioning systems. The main focus of the role is to carry out service maintenance works on site.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client site
  • Complete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk Assessments
  • Use client portal and CAFM system if required
  • Provide Further works reports where required
  • Liaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works required
  • Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
  • Inform administrator of any site or plant changes / site plant asset management

Requirements:

  • F Gas Cat 1
  • C&G Level 2 AC & Refrigeration
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer
  • Comprehensive working experience from an HVAC and Building Services environment
  • A continuous history of employment within the HVAC and Building Services industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Other skills preferable, mechanical, basic electrical, basic plumbing, Identification and adaptability. Must have experience with AHU's and FCU's
  • Provide technical support to administration staff as required
