Job Description

We are looking for a Programme Manager to join our team at TRIA. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in leading teams of Project Managers and Business Analysts, ensuring the strategic roadmap, programmes and projects are delivered.

Your primary responsibilities will include taking ownership of business relationships and working at a strategic level to support business capabilities and objectives. This will involve refining the Target Operating Model, supporting senior leaders and acting as a buffer between IT and the business.

Benefits
  • A competitive salary of up to £120,000 per annum depending on experience, plus 15% bonus
  • A hybrid working arrangement, with three days per week in Manchester
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have extensive experience across the whole of the retail supply chain. A proven track record of delivering complex projects and programmes is essential, as is the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
