Community Care Supervisor

Job Overview: Varang Recruitment seeks a skilled and motivated individual to coordinate our care services as an Adult Care Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating work, monitoring sickness and absenteeism, and ensuring effective communication between care staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Coordination: Coordinate care services to ensure efficient delivery.
- Clinical Governance: Monitor sickness and absenteeism, and arrange suitable cover.
- Communication: Communicate handover information effectively to care staff and clients.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the care team to ensure all client calls are covered.
- Professional Development: Work with the training team to ensure carers' training is up-to-date.
- Performance Management: Maintain skills and undertake training as required to maintain best practices.
- Leadership: Organize and plan supervision and appraisals for care staff.
- CQC Compliance: Excellent knowledge of CQC compliance regulations.
- Tech Savviness: Proficient in using digital care planning and ROTA systems, as well as Microsoft Office.
Annual Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
