Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality management team at CV Library. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality, integrity, and traceability by implementing and maintaining the necessary controls and documentation.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a Quality and EHS management position, ideally within a manufacturing and/or engineering environment. A high level of knowledge of quality management systems, drive, commitment, and leadership are essential to maintain the highest standards of quality performance for customers.
About the Role
- $70,000 - $90,000 per annum salary
- Manage a team of Quality Engineers, Inspectors, Packing, Despatch, Warehouse Operators, EHS Officer, and Laboratory Technicians
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001 requirements for quality planning, documentation, and storage
- Develop and implement procedures for Bi-metal and Plating as well as Small Turbo part cleanliness
- Administer, maintain, and develop EHS management systems
- Promote a positive Quality and EHS culture
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Highly experienced Quality Manager with previous experience in a similar role
- Advanced numeracy and analytical skills
- Competency in spreadsheet, database, and Word applications
- Excellent personal organisation and time management skills
Benefits
- 26 days holiday per annum plus 8 statutory bank holidays
- Day shift hours (07:30 Monday to Wednesday, 07:00 Thursday to Friday)
