Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Executive Chef to join our team as an Offshore Operations specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, managing the delivery of food service provision across our offshore units.

About the Role:

  • Promote a safety culture across the unit, ensuring all Health & Safety policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
  • Manage the delivery of the food service provision across the unit, utilizing all available resources effectively and efficiently.
  • Proactively develop and continually improve all client and customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record working as a Chef Manager with experience in offshore operations.
  • Real passion for food and excellent client relationship, people management and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and financially aware, with the ability to complete weekly business returns and full accountability for P&L.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
