We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential services.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our young people.

You will work closely with our clinical team and local authorities to ensure that the needs of our young people are met in line with OFSTED regulations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing individualized support and care to children and young people
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as laundry, meal preparation, and housekeeping
  • Organizing and facilitating social activities, such as days out and community events
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of care plans
  • Working closely with our clinical team to ensure the physical and emotional needs of our young people are met

Requirements:

  • Life skills and experience working with children or in health and social care (full training and support provided)
  • Full UK driving license (or working towards one)
