About the Opportunity

FLOURISH EDUCATION LTD is seeking an exceptional Behaviour Intervention Teacher to join our team at a small Primary School in Kings Norton. Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement individualised behaviour plans to meet the needs of students with complex behaviours
  2. Work closely with teachers and staff to provide targeted support and guidance on behaviour management techniques
  3. Contribute to the development and implementation of whole-school behaviour policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Qualified teacher or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g. special education, psychology)
  • Proven experience in behaviour intervention and management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
