Salary

£90 - £105 per day

 

Job Description

We require a Behaviour Mentor to provide 1:1 support to a student with challenging behaviour, helping create a positive and nurturing learning environment. The successful candidate will collaborate with teaching staff to plan strategies promoting positive behavioural outcomes and foster active participation in learning.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience managing challenging behaviours and good knowledge of behaviour management strategies. They must also have experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and a passion for helping children overcome challenges.
