About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Regulatory Product Expert to join our team at the LeoVegas Group. As a key member of our compliance function, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our regulated products adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines in the Central Europe region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for mastering product compliance requirements, delivering technical requirements to the product and tech organization, reviewing designs against compliance, promoting a compliance culture within the organization, and supporting the internal teams with replies to technical compliance queries.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Mastering product compliance requirements for the Central Europe area, including understanding regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Delivering technical requirements to the product and tech organization, ensuring that they meet compliance standards.
  • Reviewing designs against compliance, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigating controls.
  • Promoting a compliance culture within the organization, ensuring that all employees understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining compliance.
  • Supporting the internal teams with replies to technical compliance queries, providing guidance and advice on compliance matters.
