Job Title: Regulated Product Compliance Expert

We are seeking a skilled Regulated Product Compliance Expert to join our team in the Central Europe region. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our regulated products adhere to applicable laws, regulations and guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Master product compliance requirements for the Central Europe area
• Deliver technical requirements to the Product and Tech organisation and review designs against compliance
• Contribute to promoting a compliance culture within the organisation
• Support and closely cooperate with the Compliance team to address findings and incidents
• Contribute to improving and consolidating the Compliance posture of the Group
• Support the internal teams with replies to technical compliance queries
• Monitor and assess changing requirements in new and existing markets and ensure timely analysis and announcements.

**Requirements:**
• A degree in the STEM fields or any subject which can support the role
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in the compliance space in the online gambling industry
• Expertise in relation to the technical implementation of regulatory compliance requirements
• Understanding of the Agile methodology and Change management are a plus
