Job Description

We are seeking a Regulated Product Specialist - Tech Focus to join our team at LeoVegas Group.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in technical implementation of regulatory compliance requirements and a strong understanding of Agile methodology and Change management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mastery of product compliance requirements for the Central Europe area
  • Delivering technical requirements to the Product and Tech organisation and reviewing designs against compliance
  • Contributing to promoting a compliance culture within the organisation
  • Supporting and closely cooperating with the Compliance team to address findings and incidents
  • Contributing to improving and consolidating the Compliance posture of the Group
  • Supporting internal teams with replies to technical compliance queries
  • Monitoring and assessing changing requirements in new and existing markets and ensuring timely analysis and announcements

Requirements

  • A degree in STEM fields or any subject supporting the role
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in compliance in the online gambling industry
  • Expertise in relation to technical implementation of regulatory compliance requirements
  • Understanding of Agile methodology and Change management
