Freedom to Speak Up Service Administrator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrator to join our small friendly team providing Admin support to the Freedom to Speak Up Guardian and Deputy Guardian.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication & IT skills and be able to work on their own initiative. Previous NHS administrative experience is desirable but not essential.
Main Responsibilities
To provide a professional, friendly and efficient service to people using the Service acting often as the first point of contact for a range of queries and routine information from members of staff, across the Trust, and external organisations.
Refer any irresolvable or more complex issues or concerns to the Deputy/Lead Guardian.
To be responsible for the administration of the FTSU feedback process when cases are closed down.
Proactively monitor the evaluations regarding the experience of the FTSU process from the feedback forms and produce periodic evaluation summaries for the Deputy/Lead Guardian.
Provide administrative support and management of diaries for the Deputy/Lead Guardian necessitating daily use of Microsoft Office software including set up and updating of presentations using a variety of media.
