Senior Client Director

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead new business acquisition activities in our expanding EMEA sales organisation. As a Senior Client Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a new customer acquisition strategy to drive accelerated annual growth in revenue and bookings across mid-size to enterprise clients. Key responsibilities include creating and implementing individual account plans, working cross-functionally with Customer Success and delivery teams, and developing a profound understanding of business dynamics within your area of control. You will also attend conferences and establish necessary partnerships to secure new business, build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, and support the development of a healthy culture that retains key employees and encourages professional development.
Essential Skills- Proven ability to create trusted relationships with large organisations and C-Suite executives
- Ability to adapt and work effectively within a rapidly changing and growing environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand the 'bigger picture' with clients and business drivers around collaboration solution implementation and service delivery
- Ambitious and hungry individual keen to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with a structured sales process methodology such as Value Selling or MEDDIC
- Results-driven with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Willingness to travel to client meetings when required
- A minimum of 10 years' experience working in a sales hunter role selling Collaboration, UC and Services or SaaS in the UK and EMEA markets
- Experience of longer value outcome-driven sales cycles, from 6 months+
- Consultative sales experience with the ability to find creative solutions
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
