About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce and Trading Manager to join our team at Richemont. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales, optimizing brand awareness, and improving the customer journey through the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Optimize Brand Awareness: Collaborate with the Marketing team to create and implement campaigns that enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Improve Customer Journey: Analyze customer behavior and preferences to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Lead Internal Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Design, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives.
  • Develop and Execute E-Commerce Roadmap: Plan, design, and implement e-commerce strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Manage Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize e-commerce initiatives.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the e-commerce platform remains competitive and aligned with luxury standards.
Requirements
  • Strong E-Commerce Experience: Proven track record of success in e-commerce, with a focus on luxury goods.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial principles and ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics software.
