Senior Governance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Governance Specialist to join our team at Eastlight Community Homes. This is a permanent full-time contract opportunity that offers a sector-leading total rewards package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Governance Team in fulfilling all governance requirements, ensuring compliance with prevailing regulations.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including maintaining governance records and coordinating training and conferences.
  • Support governance structures, servicing Boards and Committees, and work with Non-Executive Directors and Leadership Teams.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in supporting governance structures and servicing Boards and Committees.
  • Organisational and planning skills to juggle multiple priorities seamlessly.
  • Technologically savvy, with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
