Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Piksel Group. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex problems to senior technicians as needed.
  • Manage customer queries, providing advice and guidance on product usage and troubleshooting.
  • Log and track customer issues in our IT service management tool, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Administer customer account information, ensuring all relevant details are current and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall support processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical developments to provide expert support.
Requirements
  • ITILv3/v4 certification or equivalent experience in an IT service management environment.
  • BPSS Security Clearance (Identity, Right to Work, Employment History & DBS Check).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support environment.
  • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks and processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Efficient and accurate keyboard skills, with the ability to type at a high speed and accuracy.
Working Hours

The working hours for this role are from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, and 9:00 am to 3:30 pm on Friday, with one hour for lunch. The Service Desk covers the hours between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm on a shared rotation, with one hour for lunch.
