Position: IT Support Specialist

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 Days On-Site, 2 Days Remote

Compensation: £25,000 - £30,000

Fruition IT is collaborating with a prominent technology-driven private healthcare organization experiencing significant growth. We are seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist with at least 2 years of experience to join our team and advance their career as the organization expands. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for client users, ensuring that all support tickets, incidents, and service requests are managed efficiently and professionally.

Key Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a 1st Line Support / Service Desk or comparable role
  • Ability to handle 2nd line support responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems
  • Familiarity with Active Directory
  • Experience with Office 365 (Teams/SharePoint/Exchange)
  • Knowledge of Azure AD/InTune/VoIP is advantageous
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle

Daily Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering desktop support on the service desk, ensuring all tickets, incidents, and service requests are accurately logged and managed using IT service desk software, and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Conducting root cause analysis on problems and implementing relevant changes where appropriate.
  • Providing first-line support to users of Office 365 services.
