Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support to the company's executive team, including:

  • Coordinating and managing the executive team's calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation with the occasional need for travel.
  • Organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Making appointments and liaising with clients to ensure required facilities are made available for scheduled meetings.
  • Assisting in the writing and production of reports, letters, presentations, and proposals.
  • Attending to basic finance tasks such as sending information to external accountants.

A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in supporting the company's executive team and contributing to its success.
