Account Manager - Inbound Travel

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop relationships with key accounts and prospective clients to increase revenue and profitability.

* Oversee bookings and ensure that all details are accurately managed in the back-office system.

* Coordinate pre-tour preparations and provide support during tours, including an emergency service outside office hours.

* Work closely with the accounts department for timely invoicing and supplier payments.

* Benchmark our services against competitors and contribute innovative ideas to the management.

**Requirements:**

* Strong understanding of the travel industry, particularly in Europe and the UK.

* Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development.

* Knowledge of CRM systems and comfort with AI tools is a plus.

* Enthusiastic, flexible, and goal-driven attitude.
