At TOPTALENT, we are seeking a highly skilled Travel Industry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary focus will be on assisting travelers with personalized support, resolving issues related to travel and technology, and staying up-to-date with industry knowledge to provide unparalleled service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide best-in-class support to travelers, addressing their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay informed about the latest travel industry trends and platform updates to deliver exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with global teams to build meaningful relationships and drive business success.
  • Contribute to product improvement by providing feedback to the product and engineering team.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent Italian language skills, both spoken and written. Fluency in English (C1 or higher) is also required.
  • Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in the travel and hotel segments.
  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan) is essential.
  • Metrics-driven approach to success.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create personalized verbal and written communication.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset, comfortable with giving and receiving feedback.
  • Proficient in using tools such as Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce, as well as our in-house travel customer service platform.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
  • Resettlement/Legal status to live and work in the UK is already in place.
