About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global operations as Director of Global Operations. This key role will oversee the entire production process, from sourcing materials to final product delivery and quality control.

As a senior leader, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic progress on our sustainability agenda, and strong in-price control and development. You will also lead the production team from a distance, managing team performance and development to ensure that production goals and strategic plans are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the global operations team across multiple locations, including performance management of internal production offices
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business goals, including profit margins, material sourcing, quality control, and sustainability
  • Manage supplier relationships and lifecycle management of our full supply chain, including sourcing and onboarding of new suppliers
  • Establish and implement quality standards in accordance with our brand point of view and procedures for all products
  • Identify opportunities and build targeted strategies across the different tiers of the supply chain to enable improved profit levels while reducing emissions
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in a senior production management role from a global fashion brand with proven track record of negotiations and stakeholder management across the supply chain
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and manage a large diverse team across multiple locations
  • In-depth knowledge of production processes in a global supply chain with a focus on profit margins, material sourcing, quality control, and sustainability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
What We Offer
