Education Support Assistant

Long Term Futures Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and empathetic graduate to join their dedicated inclusion team as a SEN Teaching Assistant. The role offers the perfect opportunity for individuals passionate about education and making a positive impact on young lives.
The ideal candidate will possess a high-calibre degree from a prestigious British university, preferably in Psychology-related field. A collaborative attitude, experience working with children or vulnerable adults, and a passion for education are essential qualities required for this position.
Salary: £475 per week (term-time only). Benefits include full-time, long-term employment within a single provision, ideal for aspiring Education Psychologists, SEN Teachers, Child Therapists, or Speech and Language practitioners. Opportunities for career progression and transition to permanent roles are available.
This role requires the ability to work closely with an inspirational inclusion unit, collaborate with teachers, and tailor support to meet the unique needs of students. The successful applicant will possess sociable hours, 08:30-15:30 weekdays, and be located near public transportation.
