Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Operative to join our team at Staff Power Group Limited. As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, working closely with our team to produce high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Assist in the production of windows, doors, and garden rooms
  • Load and unload materials, including timber and glass
  • Use hand tools, such as chops saws and circular saws
  • Inspect products for quality and accuracy
  • Participate in problem-solving and initiative-taking to improve production processes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in joinery and aluminium/UPVC fabrication
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Methodical and well-organized approach to work
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
