Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at PSR Solutions, a pioneering ground stabilisation and enabling solutions contractor. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for the full commercial administration of contracts, working closely with our Commercial Director and wider team to price and tender new contracts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Commercial administration of contracts, including monitoring and reviewing progress on site in line with commercials and programme.
- Agreeing monthly payment valuations and instructions, changes, and processing variations.
- Take-off's and Remeasurement, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Attending client and project progress meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Agreeing Final Accounts and ensuring all commercial aspects are completed to a high standard.
Requirements:
- Degree or HNC/HND Quantity Surveying or construction-related qualification.
- 5-10 years' experience working on civil engineering, enabling works, and/or ground stabilisation projects.
- Sector experience in Power, Water, Gas, Rail, or Highways.
- Self-delivery of projects from award to final accounts, with a strong focus on commercial acumen.
- Ability to produce quotations from drawings, price variations, and do Take-Offs and remeasure.
- Well-organised, diligent, self-motivated, and proactive, with a full UK driving license.
