About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join PSR Solutions, a pioneering ground stabilisation and enabling solutions contractor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, infrastructure projects, and ground stabilisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full commercial administration of contracts, including pricing and tendering new contracts.
  • Working closely with the Commercial Director and team to monitor and review project progress, ensuring compliance with commercials and programme.
  • Agreeing monthly payment valuations and processing variations.
  • Attending client and project progress meetings to ensure effective communication.
  • Preparing and agreeing final accounts.
Requirements
  • Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • 5-10 years' experience in civil engineering, enabling works, and/or ground stabilisation projects.
  • Strong sector experience in Power, Water, Gas, Rail, or Highways.
  • Ability to self-deliver projects from award to final accounts.
  • Proficient in producing quotations from drawings, pricing variations, and take-offs.
  • Well-organised, diligent, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Full UK driving license.
