This exciting opportunity is part of the award-winning General Management Graduate Training Programme at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT). The programme aims to develop the next generation of leaders in healthcare management, providing a comprehensive training experience that encompasses various aspects of hospital operations and patient care.
As a General Management Trainee, you will be responsible for leading and managing teams, projects, and resources while supporting life-changing outcomes for patients. You will work closely with clinicians and clinical teams to develop protocols and pathways to improve service delivery. With a strong focus on innovation and change, this role requires an ambitious, resilient, and forward-thinking individual who can drive progress and implement new policies.
Competitive Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of £28,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including access to professional development opportunities and a supportive working environment.
