About the Job

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to lead a team of midwives in providing expert care to women with complex pregnancy needs. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.

You will work closely with obstetricians, midwives, anaesthetists, Neonatologists, and physicians to provide expert care to women with specialist fetal and maternal medical needs. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with your team members and other stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Lead a team of midwives and develop practice as a midwifery expert providing advice and leadership to colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
