Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team in Perth. As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage and ensuring that repairs are carried out to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess vehicle damage and determine the most cost-effective repair method
  • Collaborate with the policyholder and Direct Line Group engineering functions to ensure that repairs are carried out efficiently and effectively
  • Provide service level agreements to customers, ensuring that they are informed of the repair process and any issues that may arise
  • Ensure that all repairs are carried out in compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company procedures
  • Work closely with the workshop leadership teams and technicians to ensure that repairs are completed to the highest standards
Requirements
  • Experience of vehicle repair methods and knowledge of Thatcham repair methods, Audatex, and ATA qualification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
