Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager or Team Leader to join our team at Slug and Lettuce in Reading. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for leading and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve high standards of food quality and service.
  • Develop and implement effective kitchen operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and waste management.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant management team to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
