Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and committed Senior Injury Claims Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury claims from inception to settlement.
About the Role
Your duties will include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, negotiating settlements, and attending court hearings. You will work closely with clients to provide expert legal advice and guidance, ensuring their interests are protected throughout the process.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have demonstrable experience working as a Personal Injury Solicitor, with a strong understanding of the legal principles governing personal injury law.
