Job Overview
Kingdom Group is a leading supplier to Local Authorities, providing services to combat environmental crime. We are seeking an experienced Environmental Enforcement Officer to join our team.

Salary: £50 per hour

Job Description:
The Environmental Enforcement Officer plays a crucial role in maintaining public health, safety, and environmental standards by enforcing environmental laws and regulations. The officer will investigate environmental violations, issue warnings, fines, or citations, and educate the public about environmental responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Enforce environmental regulations and local by-laws relating to littering, fly-tipping, graffiti, waste management, noise pollution, and other environmental concerns.
  • Patrol assigned areas to detect violations and ensure compliance with environmental laws.
  • Investigate reports of environmental offenses from the public and respond promptly to complaints.

Court Proceedings and Legal Support:
  • Attend court proceedings and present evidence as required to support legal action against environmental offenders.

Learning and Development:
  • Participate in our training course to gain insight into daily duties, current legislation, communication, and interaction aspects of the role.
