Lifting Services Specialist Manager

Job Description:
GAP Group LTD seeks an experienced Administrative Support Professional to support the growth of our Lifting Services Division. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience and a strong understanding of lifting equipment and its applications.
About the Role:
- The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams to deliver bespoke solutions for various customers, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- They will contribute to the development of new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- The candidate will liaise with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions using in-depth knowledge of lifting equipment.
- They will work closely with colleagues to design, install, and maintain specialist lifting equipment, ensuring seamless execution.
- They will develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and identify opportunities for growth through proactive engagement.
- They will ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, prioritizing employee and customer safety.
Requirements:
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, physics) or equivalent experience is required for this role.
- A strong understanding of lifting equipment and its applications is essential for success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building strong customer relationships.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Salary Range: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
