About the Job
As a Centre Manager at TPS, you will lead a team of professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer experiences. Your strategic vision, leadership skills, and ability to motivate your team will be crucial in driving business growth and ensuring compliance with company standards. Key responsibilities include leading team performance, managing centre operations, analysing market data, and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will also work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective relationships and maintain stock security.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced leader who can inspire and motivate their team to achieve business objectives. Essential skills include proven management experience, a strong understanding of the automotive industry, and excellent communication skills. A passion for providing great customer service and a focus on results-driven outcomes are also essential. Strong analytical skills, IT literacy, and proficiency in MS Office are also required.
