Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Bid Writer to join our team. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior staff to produce high-quality bid documents, including PQQs and case studies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop engaging content for bids, presentations, and supporting documentation.
  • Work closely with the marketing manager to ensure a consistent approach.
  • Utilize exceptional writing skills to create compelling bid proposals.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in bid writing within the architectural world.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Salary & Benefits

The salary for this role is £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus a performance-related bonus system. Additional benefits include 20 days annual leave, three discretionary days over Christmas, office social events, regular team-building activities, and fruit, snacks, and refreshments available in the office.
