About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Domestic Supervisor. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance within our department.
Main Responsibilities
As a Domestic Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising a team of domestic staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of patient and staff environments
- Working closely with Team Leaders to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Providing training and support to staff to maintain and improve standards of cleanliness and maintenance
- Coordinating and implementing cleaning schedules and rotas to ensure optimal use of resources
- Monitoring and reporting on cleaning and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience of supervising a team in a similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures and protocols
- Ability to train and develop staff
