Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Adult Care Worker to join our team. As a Complex Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients with complex needs, including spinal cord injury, suprapubic catheter, bowel intervention, and autonomic dysreflexia.
About the Role:
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care and support, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and support to clients with complex needs
- Assist with activities of daily living, domestic duties, and personal care
- Maintain and update reports, such as care plans
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working with clients with complex needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £13.75 per hour (Weekdays), £18.18 per hour (Weekends), and £21.52 per hour (Bank Holidays)
- Paid mileage at 35p per mile
