About this Opportunity

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care home staff, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to our residents. Your main responsibilities will include assisting residents with daily tasks, following established care plans, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist residents with daily activities, such as bathing and dressing
  2. Follow and implement individualized care plans to meet residents' needs
  3. Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families
