We are looking for an experienced Senior System Administrator to lead our team in managing and maintaining our enterprise Windows infrastructure. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and security of our systems and data.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Windows administration, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain robust and secure Windows infrastructure solutions
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the technical skills of team members
  • Provide Tier 3 technical support to resolve complex issues and escalate to vendors or other resources as needed
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all activities and incidents

This role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
