Job Opportunity
BULL Burford is a boutique hotel and restaurant operator with three properties in Oxfordshire. We are expanding our portfolio and seeking a skilled professional to drive our events and marketing initiatives.

This role will be based in London with regular travel to Burford. You will work closely with our Hotel owner and director to develop and execute a dynamic marketing plan and What's On programme for our residents and non-residents.

We're looking for a creative and ambitious individual who can make this role their own and bring new ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities:Program Curation & Event Delivery:
  • Curate and deliver a diverse program of events, including talks, supper clubs, quizzes, workshops, and other engaging activities.
  • Work with our on-site team to ensure smooth planning and execution of all events.
  • Oversee event logistics, from sourcing speakers and vendors to managing day-of operations.
Marketing & Promotion:
  • Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to drive interest and event ticket sales.
  • Produce compelling content for email marketing, social media platforms, and other promotional channels.
  • Collaborate with designers to create eye-catching promotional materials.
Ticket Sales & Audience Engagement:
  • Devise strategies to maximise ticket sales and grow audience participation.
  • Analyse event performance data to refine marketing approaches and boost outcomes.
  • Foster lasting relationships with attendees to build a loyal community.
Collaboration & Reporting:
  • Collaborate with our Bull team to ensure events align with our venue's ethos and brand identity.
  • Provide regular reports on event performance, ticket sales, and audience engagement metrics.
Requirements:Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in curating and delivering successful events or similar programs.
  • Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g. Acteol) and social media platforms.
  • A creative mindset paired with strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • London-based with flexibility to travel to Burford regularly.
  • A full UK driving license.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality, food & drink, or events industry.
  • Experience in audience growth and engagement strategies.
  • Analytical skills to monitor and optimise campaign performance.
Salary:

£45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
