**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, enabling them to live fulfilling and independent lives.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide person-centered care and support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being
* Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
* Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support

**Benefits**

* Competitive hourly rate of £11.91
* Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour
* Premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour
* Wagestream – giving you the flexibility to draw upon up to 50% of your earned wages
