Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the people we support, helping them to gain more independence in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Encourage and support individuals to access their local communities, socialise, and participate in activities
  • Teach new life skills, such as cooking and household management
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to provide a high-quality service

Requirements:

  • Resilience, flexibility, and composure in your approach
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and complex needs
  • Ability to follow Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice
